Affiliate = Member who signs up and pays annual membership fee successfully. Annual fee = Membership fee By signing up to AMM you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. You agree that you are of legal age in your State or/and country and are able to form legally binding contracts. You also agree that the AlertPay account use to sign up for AMM is owned by you! You must have a good understanding of the English language or Chinese language. We have a zero tolerance for SPAM and it may not be used to promote AMM in any ways! We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialized messages. Members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join AMM in the future. You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our E-books and promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server. However, AMM provides you various personal Replicated sites which are located in AMM server itself. If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your membership fee will not be refunded. The annual fee $52.00USD is non-refundable due to the nature of our instant payments to our affiliates. If we decide to discontinue our services you will not receive a refund of you membership fee. All personal information is stored in the AMM database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give AMM permission to send you newsletters and notificatoins regarding our program. You also give permission to AMM to contact you through our Exclusive Mailer with commercial messages from AMM and AMM qualified members. AMM will be in regular contact with you through your e-mail address currently displayed in your Members’ details area of the Affiliate’s panel. Other important information will continuously be updated in the link in the member’s Page. Any person or entity introduced by an existing Affiliate through that Affiliate’s web site or links and accepted by AMM will be an Affiliate (=member). AMMmay refuse to accept any member Application, at its sole discretion. Affiliates are required to relate the level of effort required to achieve success without exaggeration of the financial possibilities. Any Affiliates making false or misleading income claims will be immediately terminated from AMM. Voluntary Resignation: An Affiliate may cancel at anytime, and for any reason the Affiliate Agreement, by notifying AMM in writing. Should the individual choose to rejoin AMM, they may reactivate only after six (6) months have passed. AMM reserves the right of approval for re-activation. Any rejoining Affiliate must join as any other new incoming Affilate would, and at the next available free position. Termination of Membership: AMM reserves the right to terminate any Membership at any time if that Member is assessed by AMM as acting in a manner that is not within the Affiliate Agreement of AMM. In the event of a termination, the terminated Member agrees to immediately cease representing AMM. Any present or future commissions from activities of the Member or the activities of the Member's existing team, as of the date of the breaches, will be forfeited. Application to rejoin at a later date cannot be applied for until the expiration of six (6) months from previous termination. AMM reserves the right of approval for reactivation. Amendments & Waiver: These Affiliate Agreements are incorporated into the Member Application and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their Membership relationship and supersede any prior agreements, representations and understandings (verbal, implied or otherwise) between the Member and AMM. AMM however, reserves the right to alter or amend Affiliate Agreements and services availability from time to time. Amendments are binding on all Members. AMM will notify active Members of changes via electronic means and other forms of communication. If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join AMM. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.
